Casa Buena Vista - Centro Home with Jacuzzi and Views of Olas Altas
The house is spacious and is great for groups or families travelling together.
The house has been recently renovated and updated. The areas within the house are large and perfect for a group of friends or family who will be travelling together. There are many different areas of the house, so it doesn't feel crowded. You can have some people up on the roof-top patio, others in the back patio, and others still in the kitchen or dining space, and you won't feel as if you are on-top of one another.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs on the second level. They are spacious, and each have their own bathroom (another huge plus!).
There are ceiling fans and airconditioning units in every room. The washer and dryer are located out in the back patio.
The patios all have seating and tables, so they provide a great place to relax, eat, or even to get some work done.
The house is very close to all of the shops and restauants in Centro. Get out in the morning and walk the Malecon or hike up to the lighthouse. Visit the Observatory, the Plaza Machado or the Pino Suarez Market. These are all within walking distance, or a short cab ride away.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
No-smoking.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering the jacuzzi.
No diving into the jacuzzi.
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult on the roof-top and in the jacuzzi.
No food or drinks in the jacuzzi.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
Pets allowed (with a pet-fee).
Pets must be walked and must not "do their business" on the roof-top or in the private patio.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
