Recently moved to Mazatlan

I recently moved to Mazatlan and I used the Mexican Relocation Guide to help me with the transition. One of the realtors that was recommended was Rachel Olson. I cannot over state the incredible resource Rachel had been for me. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, the neighborhoods, and she listened to what I was looking for in a long term rental. She helped me select and negotiate the perfect place. I consider her and her husband Jorge my friends now! I don’t believe you can find a better person to help you with your move than Rachel Olson. Thank you again Rachel for all that you helped me with!!!

I would highly recommend renting from them.

Jorge and Rachel were amazing landlords. They were both so helpful and the house on Campana is amazing. It is super helpful that they are both bi-lingual. They met every one of our needs as soon as it was mentioned. They are very proud of their house and they should be. It shows in the way they take care of their tenants. I would highly recommend renting from them. You won’t regret it. We also got our full security deposit back which was really nice.

BY FAR the BEST Condo we have stayed in.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -> We stayed in one of the properties managed by Occan Properties at Camino al Mar for 2 weeks in Apr 2024. BY FAR, both Occan Properties and the condo EXCEEDED our expectations. Eunice (and Rachel) were extremely prompt at responding to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. The condo we stayed in faces West and is in an incredible location with an awesome view of the sea and the awe-inspiring sunsets. It’s in the North end of Zona Dorada (the Golden Zone) strip. Close to many, many great restaurants, and a short walk to the famous Mazatlan Malecon; also, within walking distance is the Grand Plaza (shopping mall), as well as Soriana Hiper (grocery store) and Sam’s Club. The condo has an extremely nice ‘rain shower head’ with great water pressure and hot water. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and FILTERED, drinkable water; a true luxury to have to drink and cook with. Secure building, with security guards 24/7. BY FAR the BEST Condo we have stayed in. We will, without hesitation be using and booking through Occan Properties again.

They handle it all.

Occan Properties does an amazing job taking care of not only their property owners, but also their renters. Their attention to detail on maintaining our house is great. Whether it’s weekly/monthly services (Cleaning, gardening, etc), annual maintenance, or an emergency (Fridge breaks, no ice) they handle it all.

You are in good hands with Rachel and Jorge at Occan Properties.

We highly recommend Occan

Occan has been overseeing our condo since 2015. Over the years they have helped us with 3 remodeling projects, paid our local bills, taken care of repairs, kept it clean and ready for our arrival.
We highly recommend Occan rather you’re looking for a property to rent or a company to take care of your unit in your absence.
Rachel, Jorge and their team are the best.

Highly recommend if you are a landlord or tenant!

Occan Properties has been keeping my property rented for the last 2yrs. They are great to take care of any request I have, even if it isn’t in the purview. From getting me a muralist, to furniture repair guys to pastries & water when I arrive. Rachel is Canadian so speaks perfect English and her team is amazing. Highly recommend if you are a landlord or tenant! Heather

They do an outstanding job making sure everything is in excellent condition

I have used Occan Properties for over 5 years to look after our condo they do an outstanding job making sure everything is in excellent condition. Super helpful in getting any services that we may need in Mazatlan. If they can’t do it, they have excellent subcontractors.

“So Happy With Everything!”

We left for the US and I really appreciate when we arrived on Saturday the condo was impecable. We were over the moon happy with how we found the place! I really loved how clean the glass panels were for the balcony.

We are so appreciative of how amazing the experience has been for us with you and your crew, so a big, big thank you for that!

“Great property managers!”

Occan Properties has given me peace of mind knowing that my investment property is in very good hands and allows me to feel at ease and that their sincerity and professionalism is second to none!!!…

I was lucky enough to find them on their website and liked what I saw so I decided to contact them….and after some conversation they agreed to manage my home in Mazatlan…I feel very fortunate to have them manage my property…. I can totally rely on them and always welcome their thoughts and ideas.

They go the extra mile…..I find them to be extremely professional….dedicated…..trustworthy…reliable and knowledgable. They put up with my hyper personality….they laugh at my jokes which is awesome….they have experience….they have intelligence…they have humor and undeniable charm that is destined to melt you and make you feel relaxed and assured that everything is ok!…
