Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Cash The final rent payment for this property is due in CASH Upon Arrival. Peso currency is preferred, but USD can also be accepted, at the rate of exchange as given at the local exchange booths.
