Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
10km/hr speed limit within the complex.
Must respect assigned parking spots and do not block walkways or ramps.
Do not use the horn, and keep music levels low while in the complex.
When using the elevator, select only the floor that you wish to go to. Do not hold doors open for longer than necessary.
No-smoking.
The pool is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.
No glass is permitted on the pool deck, no food or drinks in the pool.
No diving into the pool.
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult in the common areas.
You must dry off and use shoes when entering the building from the pool area.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
All trash must be picked-up from common areas after use.
Towels must not be hung outside to dry outside.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Shopping carts for groceries must be returned to the main floor after use.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
