This is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, with extra sleeping for 2 extra guests on the sofa-bed in the TV room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and full ensuite. The open layout of this condo gives you fabulous ocean views from the master bedroom, TV room, living room, and even the kitchen and dining room!
This condo comes completely furnished with everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with full-sized stove, oven and refrigerator, as well as small appliances such as blender, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are also provided.
This condo comes equipped with wireless internet and streaming TV in English, for rainy days or nights when you just want to stay in. Water bills are included in the rental price, and electricity is included, up to $700 pesos. There is absolutely NO smoking in the condo, or on the balcony.
The beautiful pool and beachfront palapas at Quintas del Mar are likely where you will be spending most of your time, so don't forget to bring a little sunscreen!

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
10km/hr speed limit within the complex.
Must respect assigned parking spots and do not block walkways or ramps.
Do not use the horn, and keep music levels low while in the complex.
No-smoking.
When using the elevator, select only the floor that you wish to go to. Do not hold doors open for longer than necessary.
The pool is open from 9:00am to 8:00pm.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.
No diving into the pool, or jumping into the pool from the bridge.
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult in the common areas.
No glass is permitted on the pool deck, no food or drinks in the pool.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
Pool loungers cannot be reserved.
All trash must be picked-up from common areas after use.
Towels must not be hung outside to dry outside.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
