Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due in CASH, upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
10km/hr speed limit within the complex.
Must not use the horn or have loud music while inside the complex.
Must respect assigned parking spots and do not block walkways, ramps or other vehicles.

The pool is open from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.

You may not enter the games room with damp or wet clothing, and must be wearing a shirt and shoes.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the games room.
Game room use is limited to 2 hours per condo.
Wet bar is open from 11:00am to 7:00pm
Guests can open their account for the wet bar with a deposit of $2,000 pesos for consumption, and must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000 pesos to continue with service.
All trash must be picked-up from common areas after use.
Pets are NOT allowed.
When using the elevator, select only the floor that you wish to go to. Do not hold doors open for longer than necessary.
Garbage must be bagged before depositing in shute.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are not permitted during holiday seasons.
