If you love Mexico and want to live in a central location, this is it. Walking just 5-minutes will get you to the Plaza Machado, the heart of the Historic Centre, surrounded by shops and restaurants. A 10-minute walk will get you to the beach and bay area of Olas Altas, also with it’s own fantastic restaurants.
Mazatlan’s El Faro, Observatorio and cruise ship port are all close by, and worth checking-out as well.
The condo itself is cheerful and bright, with large windows in each room to let the sunlight in! Everything in the condo is new, and it is very well equipped. There is filtered drinking water in the kitchen, internet, cable, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, large closet and an ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.
The living room, dining area and kitchen all share the same open space. You can access your private terrace from the living room, which also has a set of chairs and a table…making it a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, and watch the hustle and bustle below.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 15% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

Small pets allowed with prior authorization.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.

Use only the pedestrian door when walking in or out of the building.
