Costa Veleros is directly on the main bus route, and is just a 5 minute ride into the Golden Zone or 30 minutes into the Historic Centre. Across the street and just outside the building are several restaurants, as well as one of our favourite local coffee shops, Rico's Cafe.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, each with trundle mattresses beneath. The sofa in the living room also folds down into a sofa bed for additional guests.
The kitchen is equipped with small appliances, dishes, storage containers, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. Drinking water can be delivered for $30 pesos per jug, and cleanings can be provided for $350 pesos per cleaning.
The TV at Costa Veleros is Smart, so you can use it with your own personal streaming accounts. An iron and ironing board are also in the condo, for your convenience.
For longer stays, electricity, gas and cable/internet are charged separately from the rent. Cable/internet is $500 pesos per month, and gas/electricity vary depending on useage. For short stays, electricity and gas are included up to $700 pesos.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due in CASH, upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Rental of the property includes water, parking for 1 vehicle, and use of the common areas. Electricity, gas and internet are charged separately.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
10km/hr speed limit within the complex.
Must respect parking spots and do not block walkways, ramps or other vehicles.
Do not use the horn, and keep music levels low while in the complex.
When using the elevator, select only the floor that you wish to go to. Do not hold doors open for longer than necessary.
No-smoking.
The pool is open from 9:00am to 10:00pm.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.
No glass is permitted on the pool deck, no food or drinks in the pool.
Loungers cannot be reserved.
No diving into the pool.
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult in the common areas.
You must dry off and use shoes when entering the building from the pool area.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
All trash must be picked-up from common areas after use.
Towels must not be hung outside to dry outside.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
