La Paloma is a spaceous condo on the 9th and 10th floors of this building. As you enter, there is a large and open living and dining area, with double-high ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open onto a large private terrace.
The kitchen is also open to this area, and is equipped with a gas stove and oven, a large fridge, as well as small appliances such as microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Just off of the kitchen is the laundry closet, and a large pantry for food storage.
Beside the front door is a half bathroom.
Towards the back of the condo is the master bedroom as well as another living area with Smart TV, comfortable seating and ocean views. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, TV, closet, sitting area, and ensuite with a shower. There is also a small private patio here which looks-out over the Central Park.
Up the staircase is the second bedroom, with a sitting area, large walk-in closet, ensuite with shower and ocean views. This bedroom also has a king-ize bed.
The common areas are very well kept, with a beautiful pool, palapas, loungers, and garden area. There is one secure parking spot included with the rental of this condo. There is also security 24/7 for the building.
There is a minimum stay of 90 days in this condo, and it is across the street from the sandy beach.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due in CASH upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
