This condo is located on the 5th floor of the building, and faces directly out to the Marina, offering stunning views of the pool, gardens, and boats below.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-through closet and ensuite with shower, as well as direct access to the covered terrace. The second also have king-size bed and third bedroom has queen, and share the second bathroom with shower.
The living areas are open and well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large french-door refrigerator, gas stove and oven, and small appliances. Laundry is also located within the condo.
One parking spot is also included, and there is plenty of parking available for visitors as well.
The rental rate includes the internet, water, gas and maintenance fee, as well as electricity up to $700 pesos per month.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due in CASH, upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Rental of the property includes internet, water, gas, parking for 1 vehicle, electricity up to $700 pesos per month, and use of the common areas.
Quiet hours are between 11:00pm and 7:00am, and on Saturdays from 12:00am to 7:00am.
10km/hr speed limit within the complex.
Must respect parking spots and do not block walkways, ramps or other vehicles.
Do not use the horn, and keep music levels low while in the complex.
When using the elevator, select only the floor that you wish to go to. Do not hold doors open for longer than necessary.
No-smoking.
The pool is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.
No glass is permitted on the pool deck, no food or drinks in the pool.
Loungers cannot be reserved.
No diving into the pool.
Wristbands must be worn while at the pool
Gym is open from 6:00am - 10:00pm
Sneakers and proper gym attire must be used.
No food or drink (except for water) are permitted in the gym.
No glass is permitted in the gym.
After using the equipment, the user must clean and dry it.
Music is not permitted, unless through personal headphones.
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult in the common areas.
You must dry off and use shoes when entering the building from the pool area.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
All trash must be picked-up from common areas after use.
Towels must not be hung outside to dry outside.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
