The back patio is stunning, with a large (private) salt-water pool, covered sitting area, BBQ, and lush plants. Also on the main level are the fully-stocked kitchen, living and dining rooms, washer/dryer, as well as one bedroom and 2 half-baths.
Up the stairs to the second level are the remaining 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, and large windows to let the light in. The master and second bedrooms both have king-size beds, and the third and fourth bedrooms each have double beds.
Included in the rent are gardening and pool services, water, internet and a streaming package on the TV in the living room, as well as gas and electricity up to $700 pesos per stay/month.
Towels and linens are provided, and cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
No-smoking.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.
No diving into the pool.
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times in the pool.
No food or drinks in the pool.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
