There is a master bedroom with king-size bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds as well as a large closet.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge, oven, and microwave, as well as a 4-burner electric grill. Small appliances such as a blender, toaster and coffee maker are also on hand. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available within the condominium, just next to the kitchen.
The flat screen TV is equipped with basic SKY satellite service, and there are air-conditioning units and fans throughout the condo.
Just passed the living room are sliding glass doors which lead to your private terrace, where you can comfortably sit and enjoy your morning coffee or share a meal with friends.
From your terrace, you have direct access to the heated pool, and the soothing sounds of the decorative waterfall. Just beside the pool is also a shared BBQ, vending machine, and tables and chairs, perfect for small gatherings or grilling-up your catch of the day!
The grounds at Villas Marina Gardens are lush with plant life, and the Villas are a calm and quiet place to be. A short 5-minute walk will get you to the public beach access and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
City busses run up and down the main road, and will take you straight into town, and cabs are also readily available to take you wherever you would like to go, at an average price of about $10 USD.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due in CASH, upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
10km/hr speed limit within the complex.
Must respect assigned parking spots and do not block walkways or ramps.
Do not use the horn, and keep music levels low while in the complex.
When using the elevator, select only the floor that you wish to go to. Do not hold doors open for longer than necessary.
No-smoking.
The pool is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.
No glass is permitted on the pool deck, no food or drinks in the pool.
No diving into the pool.
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult in the common areas.
You must dry off and use shoes when entering the building from the pool area.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
All trash must be picked-up from common areas after use.
Towels must not be hung outside to dry outside.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Shopping carts for groceries must be returned to the main floor after use.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
