The El Cid community is located right in the middle of the Golden Zone, Mazatlán's most popular tourist area, close to bars, restaurants, shopping and miles and miles of beautiful sandy beaches! Casa de Iguanas is only a 10-minute walk from all the action of the Golden Zone, but can also be accessed via cab or pulmonia (pool-mo-knee-ya), a golf-cart looking vehicle found only in Mazatlán. If you bring your vehicle, Casa de Iguanas has 2 parking spaces available for use.

Treat yourself to a stay in this home and relax on the patio with friends, or enjoy your morning coffee on your private second-floor balcony. Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Rules

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
No-smoking.
The golf-cart is only to be used within the El Cid community.
No more than 4 people at a time allowed on the golf cart.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
Pets allowed (with a pet-fee).
Pets must be kept on a leash when outside, and you must pick-up after them.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
