There are 2 full bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and ocean view as well as access to the private terrace and ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large closet for storage.
The open-concept kitchen, living room and dining rooms all look-out onto the private terrace and ocean views.
Internet and cable are both provided by SKY Mexico. The TV is also smart, so you can stream your own programming.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due in CASH, upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
10km/hr speed limit within the complex.
Must not use the horn or have loud music while inside the complex.
Must respect assigned parking spots and do not block walkways or ramps.

The pool is open from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.

No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.

Towels must not be hung outside to dry outside.

Pets must be kept on a leash. Pets are not permitted in the common areas, and you must pick-up after them.
When using the elevator, select only the floor that you wish to go to. Do not hold doors open for longer than necessary.
Garbage must be bagged and separated before depositing in shute (recycleable materials) and (non-recycleable materials).
The gym is open from 6:00am - 10:00pm.
Persons under 15 must be accompanied in the gym at all times.

Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
