BY FAR the BEST Condo we have stayed in.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -> We stayed in one of the properties managed by Occan Properties at Camino al Mar for 2 weeks in Apr 2024. BY FAR, both Occan Properties and the condo EXCEEDED our expectations. Eunice (and Rachel) were extremely prompt at responding to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. The condo we stayed in faces West and is in an incredible location with an awesome view of the sea and the awe-inspiring sunsets. It’s in the North end of Zona Dorada (the Golden Zone) strip. Close to many, many great restaurants, and a short walk to the famous Mazatlan Malecon; also, within walking distance is the Grand Plaza (shopping mall), as well as Soriana Hiper (grocery store) and Sam’s Club. The condo has an extremely nice ‘rain shower head’ with great water pressure and hot water. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and FILTERED, drinkable water; a true luxury to have to drink and cook with. Secure building, with security guards 24/7. BY FAR the BEST Condo we have stayed in. We will, without hesitation be using and booking through Occan Properties again.
