​This condo is located on the South side of the building, which means the sun does not hit the terrace directly in the middle of the day, making it a very comfortable place to sit and relax, or enjoy meals.

​The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-through closet and ensuite with shower, as well as direct access to the covered terrace. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have flat-screen TV’s with Megacable TV service.

​The living areas are open and well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new french-door refrigerator, a dishwasher and wine fridge. The laundry room is large, and there is plenty of storage throughout the condo.

​One parking spot is also included with the lease, and there is plenty of parking available for visitors as well.

 Cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time, for a fee of $450 pesos.

​The rental rate includes the internet and Megacable service. Other utilities such as water, gas and electricity are paid separately.
