Marina Gardens Home with Shared Pool

This is a lovely home in the gated community of Marina Gardens, located just across the street from the beach in the Cerritos neighborhood. The home is tastefully decorated and is well-equipped for a long-term stay in Mazatlan.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. A second bathroom with shower is also located upstairs.

The lower level includes a contemporary kitchen, laundry room, dining and living spaces, as well as a half-bath. Large sliding windows open onto the back patio, where there is a dining table and BBQ. The back patio is also fully enclosed, so if you have a pet, they shouldn’t be able to get out.

Grab some snacks and walk across the street to enjoy the large community pool, or invite your friends for a BBQ on your private back patio. If the beach is what you want, you are only a short 5-10 minute walk away.

The Marina Gardens community is located right on the main road of Sabalo Cerritos, with ample access to public transportation (bus or cabs). Marina Gardens also has security offered 24/7.

A new biking/walking trail runs along the road just outside of the complex, and is a great space to get outside and get some exercise.
