​The private patio is huge and includes dining table for 6 people, BBQ, and plenty of additional seating. This is what living in Mexico is all about!

​The kitchen is large and well-lit, with lots of cupboard space, and includes a large eat-in island with electric cooktop and oven/storage below. Countertops are all made from high quality white quartz.

​The living room offers views of the Cathedral, just down the hill, and includes comfortable furniture, 50″ Smart TV and fun Mexican décor.

​The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom a queen-size bed. A workspace will be provided in the second bedroom.

​The laundry room includes full-size stacking washer and dryer, storage, iron and ironing board, and a space for cleaning supplies.

 A/C and ceiling fans are available throughout the property.

​The property is fully furnished and equipped with towels and bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs and blankets, kitchen appliances and dinnerware.

​Services included are: internet, water, electricity*, and check-in cleaning.

​*Electricity is included up to $700 pesos per stay/month, unless you book for 1-year, in which case electricity is charged separately.
