The large front patio is a shared space (between only 2 units), and serves as a sitting and dining area with beautiful plants offering shade and privacy.
When Casa Caleta was renovated, the historic charm was maintained, while new high-end finishes were incorporated…creating a contemporary blend of styles.
The master suite has a large bedroom with king-size bed, black-out and sheer curtains, as well as a large ensuite with shower and double vanity, and a very large walk-in closet (really it’s it’s own room!).
The living room is well appointed, with 55″ Smart TV, storage and comfortable seating. The sofa folds-out to sleep 2 guests as well.
The brand new kitchen is full of light, and opens out onto your private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a top-of-the-line gas stove and oven, full-size fridge, mircrowave, and garburator. Small appliances such as toaster, blender and coffee-maker are also included.
There is a six-step reverse-osmosis filtration system for fresh, drinkable water from the kitchen.
The shared laundry space includes full-size stacking washer and dryer, wash sink, storage, iron and ironing board, and a space for cleaning supplies. This is also a great place to store golf club, tennis raquets, bikes, surf boards, etc. Here is where we also keep a great Weber BBQ that is available to both units to use.
A/C and ceiling fans are available throughout the property.
The property is fully furnished and equipped with towels and bed linens, decor, kitchen appliances and dinnerware.
*Services such as gas, water, and electricity are charged separately from the rent. Internet is included.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
