Costa Veleros long-term rental in Marina Mazatlan is a lovely condo with amazing views. From the terrace, you can enjoy Mazatlan’s famous sunsets as the sun drops down behind the harbour. Walk along the pier and enjoy one of the many restaurants located just below the condo, or take a closer look at the boats docked in the area.

Costa Veleros is directly on the main bus route, and is just a 5 minute ride into the Golden Zone or 30 minutes into the Historic Centre. Across the street and just outside the building are several restaurants, as well as one of our favourite local coffee shops, Rico’s Cafe.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, each with trundle mattresses beneath. The sofa in the living room also folds down into a sofa bed for additional guests.

The kitchen is equipped with small appliances, dishes, storage containers, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. Drinking water can be delivered for $30 pesos per jug, and cleanings can be provided for $500 pesos per cleaning.

The TV at Costa Veleros is Smart, so you can use it with your own personal streaming accounts. An iron and ironing board are also in the condo, for your convenience.

For longer stays, electricity, gas and cable/internet are charged separately from the rent. Cable/internet is $500 pesos per month, and gas/electricity vary depending on useage.
