Recently renovated, Casa Toscana combines historic charm with the comforts of a modern home. At the back of the property, you will find a charming private courtyard filled with tropical plants. Furthermore, skylights bring plenty of natural sunlight into the home. The courtyard also features outdoor dining for up to six people, a gas BBQ, and inviting outdoor lighting, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy meals.

The master bedroom is located in the private casita at the back of the property. With a comfortable king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom, it provides a quiet and peaceful place to rest. Meanwhile, the second bedroom is located in the main house and features a double (matrimonial) bed along with beautiful original antique furniture.

At the front of the home, the spacious living room provides a comfortable gathering space. From there, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, followed by the second bedroom. In addition, the fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open and connected to the courtyard, creating a bright and welcoming space for cooking and dining.

Next to the kitchen is a cozy TV room with a sleeper sofa that comfortably accommodates two people. The 55-inch Smart TV is mounted on a full-motion wall mount and includes Prime Video. Therefore, you can easily enjoy your favorite shows or stream music while cooking, relaxing, or even unwinding in the bedroom. Throughout the home, fast internet is available, making Casa Toscana ideal for streaming movies, staying connected, or tackling some work while enjoying life in Mexico.

For short and mid-term rentals (3-nights to 5-months) , $700 pesos per month is included toward electricity, gas, internet, and water. In addition, Ruben, the gardener, visits two to three times per week, depending on the season, to water and maintain the garden. A cleaner is also included once per month. Additional cleanings are also available upon request and can be paid in cash.
