Casa Bacalao is a new construction in the Sabalo area of Mazatlan. The house is within walking distance to parks, the beach, shops, restaurants…and everything the Golden Zone has to offer. This house is great for couples or families looking to stay in Mazatlan on a long-term basis.

Casa Bacalao Sabalo rents unfurnished, but comes equipped with all kitchen appliances including, refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. All closets and cabinets in the house are made from solid cedar, to last a lifetime. The floor-plan is wide open and is perfect for entertaining, and large windows allow for alot of natural light to come through.

 The spacious bedrooms are all located on the second level of the home, allowing for a nice separation of living and sleeping areas.

Across the street are tennis and basketball courts, as well as a small soccer field. People will also set-up pickle-ball nets for their own games. The courts are public. Sometimes they are used for classes, and sometimes they are free to use.

The location of the house in Sabalo Country is very central within the city. You can easily get to the Golden Zone, or to the Marina, Cerritos, etc.
