When Casa Campana was renovated, it’s historic charm was maintained while new high-end finishes were incorporated, creating a contemporary blend of styles.

The master bedroom has a large bedroom with king-size bed, black-out and sheer curtains, as well as a large, custom built, solid wook closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, blinds, and storage space for clothing, etc.

The bathroom is very large, with a custom cast concrete sink, and cast concrete shower tray. The sky-light also provides a lot of natural light.

The living spaces are large and open, and include solid wood furniture and a huge dining table for 8-10 people. The living room is well appointed, with 55″ Smart TV, storage and comfortable seating with the custom made sofa.

The kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped with a top-of-the-line gas stove and oven, full-size french-door fridge, mircrowave, dishwasher and garburator. Furthermore, small appliances such as toaster, blender and coffee-maker are also included, as is a six-step reverse-osmosis filtration system for fresh, drinkable water.

Casa Campana is fully furnished and equipped with towels and bed linens, decor, kitchen appliances and dinnerware, as well as A/C and ceiling fans in every room.

DETAILS:

​The shared laundry space includes full-size stacking washer and dryer, wash sink, storage, iron and ironing board, and a space for cleaning supplies. This is also a great place to store golf club, tennis raquets, bikes, surf boards, etc. 

​*Internet is included, however services such as gas, water, and electricity are charged separately from the rent.
