The Villas at Marina Garden have long been some of our favorite (and most popular) properties in Mazatlan. Their location, community, and well-kept amenities are a few of the things that keep people coming back year-after-year.

The Marina Gardens 303 Long-Term Rental is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There are stairs as well as an elevator to get up and down.

The living areas are open, and look out onto the pool and common areas below. Screens on all doors/windows means you can also get a great breeze flowing through the condo, without needing to use the A/C too much. A/C’s are available in all rooms and areas though…because in the summer they are definitely necesary!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and large closet. The second bathroom with shower is located right next to the second bedroom, and is available for guests.

Common areas include a large heated pool, lounge chairs, and shaded area with tables. There is also a shared grill, and bathrooms down by the pool. A shopping cart is also provided to bring in your groceries from the car. It is left at the entrance of the building.

​One parking spot is also included with the lease, and some visitor parking is also available within the secure area.

Cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time, for an additional fee.

​The rental rate includes water and HOA fee. Other utilities such as electricity and internet are paid separately.
