Casa Nicaragua is a beautiful home in the Historic Center of Mazatlan. It is located on a quiet, dead-end street with very little traffic, yet it is just blocks to some of Mazatlan’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Plaza Machado and Angela Peralta Theatre.

The neighborhood is completely walkable, but the rental of the house also includes 2 bikes for getting around that much quicker 🙂

The house has 2 covered patios with seating, as well as a roof-top patio for taking-in the sun.

The lower level includes the living room, open dining area and kitchen. There is also a guest bedroom with a double bed and bathroom on the main level.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area and bathroom with shower. There is also a dedicated office space with a large storage closet. Down the hallway is the second bedroom, with a queen bed, closet, and ensuite with shower.

The kitchen is open to the dining area, and is equipped with all of the essentials, including fridge, gas stove, oven, small appliances, and smaller items such as seasonings and oil.

The house is secure, comfortable, and set-up with everything you need.
