Olas Altas is one of the most vibrant and exciting areas in Mazatlán! Lined with locally owned restaurants, coffee shops and small stores, this is a great neighborhood for getting out and socializing. The condo is also within walkable distance to markets, banks, and the like.

​Just across the street from the condo is the famous Malecon, a beautiful boardwalk which runs roughly 14kms along the beach. This is a fantastic place to run, walk, bike, skate, etc. Another plus is the accessibility factor. There are ramps, wide doorways and seamless access to showers, etc.

​The Olas Altas condo is pet-friendly and very spacious, and there are only 6 condos in the building. Here, the spaceous kitchen, living and dining areas open onto a large covered terrace, overlooking the bay and the ocean.

​The kitchen is large, and fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and small appliances, and also has filtered water. In the kitchen, the large peninsula includes a breakfast bar with tall stool seating. In the dining area,  there is a large dining table with seating for 8 people.

​The master bedroom is also very large, and has a walk-in closet and ensuite with shower and double vanity. Facing the pool and inner courtyard of the building, is the second bedroom, which also has a complete ensuite with shower. The 3rd bedroom is currently set-up as a gym, but can be modified to your liking (office or bedroom).

​The rental of the condo also includes a parking space and monthly HOA fees.

​Services such as water, electricity and internet are not included in the rent.​
