Enjoy a large, well-lit kitchen with lots of cupboard space, and large eat-in island with electric cooktop and oven/storage below. All countertops are made from high quality white quartz.

​The living room offers views of the Cathedral, just down the hill, and includes comfortable furniture, 50″ Smart TV and fun Mexican décor.

​The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large window overlooking the old church across the street, as well as a large closet and dresser for clothing storage.

A workspace is provided in the second bedroom, as well as a large closet and queensize bed. This room looks out at the city below, as well as the Cathedral Basilica of Mazatlan. 

​The laundry room includes full-size stacking washer and dryer, storage, iron and ironing board, and a space for cleaning supplies.

 A/C and ceiling fans are available throughout the property.

​The property is fully furnished and equipped with towels and bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs and blankets, kitchen appliances and dinnerware.
