Ocean Palms is one of the few luxury beachfront condominiums which is located within walking distance to the bars, restaurants and shopping of the Golden Zone.
The condo has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV, and 3 bathrooms, each with showers. The master ensuite is also equipped with a large jacuzzi tub!.
The large balcony is perfect for spending your evenings outside, and enjoying a margarita or glass of wine. Open the sliding glass doors all the way, and let the cool ocean breeze run throughout the condo!
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker, as well as dishes, pots and pans, glassware, etc. Plenty of sheets, beach and bath towels are also included.
The condo is equiped with internet and cable with aproximately 10 channels in Enlish. There is an iPod speaker set, bar, and washer and dryer available for your use as well. Maid service can be arranged for and additional $350 pesos per cleaning.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due upon arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of MX$7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
10km/hr speed limit within the complex.
Must respect assigned parking spots and do not block walkways or ramps.
Do not use the horn, and keep music levels low while in the complex.
No-smoking.
The pool is open from 9:00am to 10:00pm.
Must use proper swimwear/swim diapers and shower before entering pool.
No diving into the pool.
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult in the common areas.
No glass is permitted on the pool deck, no food or drinks in the pool.
No music above 65 decibles or live music permitted.
When using the elevator, select only the floor that you wish to go to. Do not hold doors open for longer than necessary.
Garbage must be bagged before depositing in the bin.
The gym is open from 6:00am - 10:00pm.
Persons under 15 must be accompanied in the gym at all times.
Property clothing must be used in the gym. No food, smoking, alcohol or glass allowed in the gym.
All trash must be picked-up from common areas after use.
Towels must not be hung outside to dry outside.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Additional guests, other than those registered to the Property, are only allowed while the primary guest is present.
Total number of occupants in the property will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
