When Casa Campana was renovated, the historic charm was maintained, while new high-end finishes were incorporated…creating a contemporary blend of styles. The entire houe is all on one story, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers. The large living room and dining room are open onto the fully-equipped kitchen, and all of the spaces can be closed-off for better control of cooling in the summer months.

The master suite has alarge bedroom with king-size bed, large ensuite with shower and double vanity, and a very large walk-in closet (really it’s it’s own room!).

The second master also has a kingsize bed, and built-in closet.

The third bedroom currently has 2 twin beds and a 3-piece ensuite, as well as patio doors that lead out to the back patio.

The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and dresser for storage. The second master bedroom and the 4th bedroom share a large 3-piece bathroom.

The dining table seats 8 people, and additional chairs can be added to seat up to 10 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, full-size fridge, mircrowave, and dishwasher. Small appliance such as toaster, blender and coffee-maker are also included. There is plenty of counter space, and the island is just great for food prep, baking, eating, etc.

​The laundry room includes full-size stacking washer and dryer, wash sink, storage, iron and ironing board, and a space for cleaning supplies.

 A/C and ceiling fans are available throughout the property.

​The property is fully furnished and equipped with towels and bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs and blankets, kitchen appliances and dinnerware.

​*Services such as gas, water, internet and electricity are charged separately from the rent.
